What is your professional background?
Prior to Congress Wealth Management, I worked for Fidelity Institutional, where I most recently served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager. I have held a variety of roles with Fidelity for close to three decades, serving both individual and institutional clients.
What guides your financial principles?
Focus on making small gains and over the long term, your patience will be rewarded. Having a process, being consistent and goal oriented will help you achieve your desired outcomes.
With regards to finances, what do you feel like is good advice to live by?
Develop both a life plan and financial plan. Be sure to measure your results, at a minimum, on an annual basis and make adjustments based on the changes in your situation. Leveraging the expertise and experience of professionals is part of the formula but every individual needs to be actively engaged in the journey.
What brings you the most satisfaction professionally?
Helping individuals and families make decisions that will allow them to live their best financial lives.

How do you spend your free time (hobbies, interests)?
Spending quality time with my wife and three children and attending and enjoying all of their activities.
